Well hey guys! Welcome to our Academy Intensive.
We are so glad you made the incredible effort to come and we can't wait to spend some time together over the coming days. We truly believe that at the Academy, we are building iconic, once-in-a-generation leaders, who are set to live incredible lives, leaving a legacy behind that will resound for generations to come.
We have set this time apart to connect together as Academy staff and to celebrate all that God is doing in and through our students. We believe that you will not only be refreshed but that God will speak to you in a new way. Our prayer is that you will experience a God encounter that will recharge and encourage you.
Have fun, come prayed up and expectant of what God wants to do in your life over the next few days.

Check in/out
Check in for staff and students will be open from 3-4pm at Presence Church- you MUST meet Amy in the foyer during this time to check in and collect your key.
Each person is required to check in to Intensive.
Check-out is before breakfast on Wednesday, and keys need to be returned by then too in the foyer at Presence Church.
Students will be added to a group chat for each of their rooms to make communication easy- contact Amy for further inquiries.

MEALS
You are responsible to source all meals except for Lunch on Tuesday and staff dinner on Tuesday night.
ACCOMMODATION KEYS
Any lost room keys will be charged to the people in that room.
ATTENDANCE
Please make sure that you arrive at scheduled meetings prior to sessions beginning.
TRAVEL
Travel to and from airports is your responsibility.
LUGGAGE
If you arrive early please note that there may be the option for limited luggage storage at Presence Church, please contact Amy for time availability on the day.
The Q1 has capacity for luggage storage after checkout, please liaise with the front desk at the Q1 if this is something you and your students would like to access. There is limited luggage storage capabilities at Presence church should you require it.
