ACADEMY MANIFESTO

We are leaders of the highest standards in every area of our lives.

We put away phones/laptops and take notes in class and chapel, because it helps everything we learn sink deeper.

We ask questions because we are teachable, have a humble spirit and want to learn more.

We have impeccable manners, because everything we do says something about us.

Being on time means we’re late so we arrive early.

Each week we find somebody new to spend time with because we are family. 

Our social media reflects us, Academy and God. We don’t bully, criticize, post excessive selfies or anything sexualised in nature.

We show exceptional respect to our visitors by our welcome. (Shake their hand, introduce ourselves, give them a quick tour and offer them a coffee)

We leave our space cleaner and better than when we arrived. 

We only use words (including texts) that are helpful for encouraging others. We make everyone feel better after their time with us.
